
Spread over 3 sessions, INBP Lite 2022 will focus on 3 key themes which are of current importance in the Indian nuclear market. The themes and topics of these sessions have been developed in close consultation with key stakeholders of the industry to ensure that what will be discussed and presented are of great relevance. International suppliers will find these sessions useful in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Indian nuclear market and also provide guidance on how best to access this burgeoning market.
India presently has 22 reactors with a total capacity of 7380 MW in operation and one reactor of 100 MW capacity under extended shutdown. 20 reactors with cumulative capacity of 15000 MW and utilizing PHWR, VVER and FBR technologies are at various stages of construction. These projects under construction are to be completed progressively by 2031.
