Terms of Purchase

At Nuclear Business Platform (NBP), we are committed to providing high-quality advisory services and world-class industry events. Because our offerings consist of professional services and event access rather than physical goods, we do not have a traditional "Return Policy." Instead, the following terms apply to cancellations and refunds:

1. Events and Conferences

Registration for our high-level conferences and exhibitions involves significant planning and resource allocation.

  • Cancellations: If you are unable to attend an event, please notify us in writing at nuclear@industry-platform.com

  • Refund Eligibility: * Cancellations made more than [60] days before the event may be eligible for a Full refund, minus an administrative fee.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are generally non-refundable.

  • Substitutions: We encourage substitutions. If you cannot attend, you may nominate a colleague from your organization to take your place at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the event.

  • Event Changes: In the unlikely event that NBP cancels or postpones a conference, registrants will be offered a credit for a future event or a full refund of the registration fee.

2. Advisory & Market Development Services

  • Service Delivery: Our advisory and market intelligence services are tailored to specific client needs. Once a service or project has commenced or a bespoke report has been delivered, fees are generally non-refundable.

  • Project Termination: Terms for the cancellation of ongoing advisory contracts are governed by the specific Service Agreement signed between NBP and the client.

3. Digital Content and Reports

All sales of digital industry reports, market intelligence data, and "NBP Insights" subscriptions are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
